How getting a quote works

Please read this before you start. It takes about 5 minutes to complete your request.

The process

    Read and agree
    Read how the quotation deposit works on this page and tick to confirm you agree.

    Tell us what you need
    On the next page, enter your company and contact details, the facility, start date, months and number of beds, and upload your ACRA business profile (PDF).

    Pay the S$50 deposit by PayNow (new enquiries)
    New companies pay S$50 by PayNow after submit — a QR code appears on the same page. Existing customers already registered with us (matched by company UEN) skip this payment.

    We prepare your quotation
    For new enquiries, once PayNow confirms payment your request goes to our marketing team and a receipt is emailed. Existing customers' requests go straight to marketing. Our team will contact you within 2 working days.

Why a S$50 deposit is required

Each quotation is prepared individually by our team for your company. The S$50 quotation deposit confirms that your request is genuine, so our team can focus on serious enquiries. Your request is only sent to our marketing team after the deposit is paid.

Existing customers already registered with us at go-live (matched by company UEN) do not pay the S$50 deposit. After you enter your UEN on the next page, we confirm this automatically.

How the deposit is paid

  • Payment is by PayNow only, processed securely by our payment provider HitPay.
  • After you submit your details, a PayNow QR code for S$50.00 appears on the same page. Scan it with your banking app and confirm the payment.
  • Keep the page open — it updates automatically once PayNow confirms your payment, and your receipt is emailed to you.
  • The QR code is valid for 48 hours. If it is not paid within 48 hours, the request expires and you can submit a new one.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TERMS

The S$50 quotation deposit is non-refundable. If a Tenancy Agreement is signed before the quotation expires, the deposit will be credited in full against your first invoice. If the quotation is not accepted for any reason, including where you decline it, let it expire, or do not proceed to sign the Tenancy Agreement, the deposit will be retained as a quotation administration fee and will not be refunded.
